Over 3,500 Miles In 12 Days Through Scandinavia - Our Grand Tour

Recently, my cousin Andrew and I completed an epic journey accomplishing one of our childhood dreams of completing our own Top Gear challenge on a Scandinavian Grand Tour in our individually rented European hatchbacks.

Covering 3,500 miles over 12 days with the Straum Jan Mayen watch as our companions, we wove our way through the rugged landscape taking in the raw beauty it had to offer. The road trip winds from Copenhagen, Denmark to Norway’s arctic circle, across through Sweden and into Finland promoting a run-in with the law, and then back down through Sweden, ending back in Copenhagen on a once in a lifetime trip.

The journey evokes the rugged isolation of the remote Jan Mayen island, while the minimalist watch serves as a constant reminder of the raw beauty and precision of nature.

This adventure is an homage to exploration, blending the spirit of the road with the essence of Scandinavian design.
